Bulk Orders

The Coco Pure also accepts bulk orders to meet your needs, and we are even able to deliver overseas.

For bulk orders, you can just send us an email Care@cocopure.in – or call us at +91-7020098725 for any questions or concerns. After discussing your order with our team, we will respond within one day. Please provide us with a photo or product code along with the quantity required for each item. Our team will provide you with the most competitive price/s.

The bulk order will be considered if the order totals RS 10000 or more.

There will certainly be additional benefits for bulk orders. The benefits will depend on the volume of the order.

If you wish to order a sample, you are welcome to do so, however, a bulk order discount may not be available for sample orders. Bulk orders of Rs.10000 or higher will qualify for a bulk order discount.

PAYMENT FOR BULK ORDERS

If you place a bulk order, you must pay 50% of the amount in advance. For the remaining 50% payment, we accept credit card, debit card, net banking, and cash on delivery.

Shipment of bulk orders

For bulk orders, we use reputable courier companies. You can expect to receive your order within 8 to 10 working days for in-stock products. For out-of-stock products, it may take up to 15 working days.

PACKAGES IN DAMAGED CONDITION

We encourage you to not accept the damaged package when you take delivery and to contact our executive at: +91-7020098725 if you see the package to be damaged during delivery.

When opening the package, if you find that the product inside is damaged, please contact our customer service department.

RETURN OF DAMAGED PRODUCTS

The product may be returned within seven working days if it is received in damaged condition. If there is a problem with the product, please contact our customer service department.
